Apply the shampoo to damp hair, especially at the roots and massage. Rinse. If necessary, repeat the procedure. Then apply Blends conditioner, strand by strand, to damp hair. Rinse and finish by applying the mask to the lengths and ends, massaging strand by strand. Leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse. Our Experts Teach Ideally, shampoo only the scalp, where the oil that needs to be removed is concentrated. Applying it directly to the lengths and ends can compromise the hair's natural hydration. So, to clean the rest of the hair, rinsing the strands with the foam formed at the roots is enough.
