Shiny, soft hair isn't enough, is it? The most important thing is to know that your hair is 100% healthy, which reflects directly on your scalp. When things aren't going well, the scalp ends up showing some signs and one of the most feared and frequent signs is hair loss. But don't worry, we've put together some tips to help you keep your hair healthy
Avoid hot baths
Hot water removes all the natural oils from the scalp, which ends up causing hair loss, dandruff and many other problems.
Don't sleep with damp hair
Moisture makes it easier for fungi to spread, which is why we always recommend drying your hair before going to bed. This also applies to those who have a habit of tying their hair up while it's still damp
Go easy on the chemicals
Coloring, straightening, any chemical procedure can alter the health of our scalp, so if you overdo it, you could end up with the dreaded chemical cut, high hair loss, among other types of reactions.
Take advantage of these tips and put them into practice to make your hair healthier!
